You may request to cancel a service within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the service has not yet been initiated.
Once processing has begun or delivery has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
The digital service was not delivered to your registered email within the stipulated timeline.
You received a wrong or mismatched service that was not as per the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.
Change of mind after the order is processed.
Delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
Email delivery failures caused by inbox filters or user-side technical issues.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
