Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel a service within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the service has not yet been initiated.

  • Once processing has begun or delivery has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The digital service was not delivered to your registered email within the stipulated timeline.

  • You received a wrong or mismatched service that was not as per the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the order is processed.

  • Delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

  • Email delivery failures caused by inbox filters or user-side technical issues.

Refund Process

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
